Brian Welter has taught English since 2001 in South Korea, Canada, France, and Taiwan. In addition to a degree in History, he trained as an English teacher (Cambridge University: CELTA and DELTA; Chichester University: MA). He is currently studying for his PhD in Second Language Acquisition at the University of Toulouse, where he is researching the teaching of legal English to English learners. Welter is interested in legal linguistics. He is also specialized in exam preparation.
The Legal English Center offers group classes and 1-1 or 1-2 tutoring online or in-person if you live in northern Taiwan.
